§ The PRIME MINISTERI would refer the hon. Member to the statement made by my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary on 5th December and confirmed by my right hon. Friend the Minister for League of Nations Affairs in the Debate yesterday, to the effect that the policy of His Majesty's Government at the present time is that "any proposals that might emerge from these or other discussions must be acceptable to the three parties to the dispute—the League, Italy and Abyssinia."
