§ Sir J. SIMONNo, Sir. This suggestion has been considered more than once, but compliance with the hon. Member's request would involve an unjustifiable increase of Departmental work. The files of the messages are, however, available at the Foreign Office for inspection by any Member who is interested in the nature of the news they contain.
