§ LORD JESSELasked His Majesty's Government whether the regulations made under the London Traffic Act and laid on the Table of the House could be 395WA so drafted as to show by their titles the areas to which they relate?
§ THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (THE EARL OF PLYMOUTH)It is not thought practicable to indicate in the title to regulations made under the London Traffic Act, 1924, the areas to which they relate as in many cases they relate to more than one locality. Where practicable, information regarding the localities affected is given in the notice of the regulations published in theLondon Gazette and the Press, and the Minister of Transport would be glad to consider any other suggestion which the noble Lord may have to make for meeting any difficulty which he now experiences.
