§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAIn consequence of representations made to me in July last, I have already referred to the Transport Advisory Council for their advice a request that I should consider the possibility of increasing the speed limit allowed to a heavy motor car when not drawing a trailer, fitted with 4-wheel brakes and with pneumatic tyres on all398W wheels; and to certain types of articulated vehicles. My hon. Friend will recall that any amending regulation of this kind would require the approval of both Houses of Parliament.
