§ Sir H. BETTERTONSince 1st January, 1933, 69 persons, not including any employed in Blackpool, have been granted certificates of exemption from unemployment insurance on the ground that they were seasonal workers. There are 1,285 other persons who hold certificates of exemption granted on this ground.
