§ Sir J. GILMOURI have received a large number of representations regarding this Bill. Of these some have been made by representative organisations and others have been made by individuals. In these circumstances, any calculation of the numbers of the representations on each side would be bound to be mislead-2076W ing, and I am satisfied that the publication of these figures would serve no useful purpose.
