HC Deb 20 July 1933 vol 46 c140W
Mr. Skeet

asked the Attorney-General when Her Majesty's Government propose to consolidate into a single Act the finance and related legislation following the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1970.

The Solicitor-General

With the concurrence of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue, the Law Commission has already decided to begin work on the consolidation of this legislation this autumn. It is hoped that a Bill will be ready for introduction early in the Session 1987–88.
