CUNLIFFE-LISTEROwing to the generosity of the Beit Railway Trust, which has offered to guarantee for a period the interest on the necessary expenditure, I hope that it will not be necessary to delay the development of 1765W the new capital. I should like to take this opportunity of expressing to the Beit Trust my appreciation—which I am sure the House will share—of their generous offer to Northern Rhodesia.
