§ Mr. PYBUSMy Department is aware of the information published by the United States Bureau of Public Roads, relating to the tests on wheel impact with four and six-wheeled vehicles. Similar tests have not been made in this country, but apparatus for the measurement of wheel impact is now available and a programme of tests has been entered upon.
