§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI presume that my hon. Friend refers to the European hospital at Lusaka. The Governor reported last July that that hospital was satisfactory, and I have no doubt that the Acting-Governor will take any necessary steps to investigate local complaints.
