asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the petition which has been sent to the League of Nations by the Ukrainian minorities in Poland, with reference to the Military Colonisation Bill now before the Sejm, has been declared receivable and has been placed upon the agenda of the council as a matter of urgency
