§ Sir S. HOAREThe hon. Member will understand that, in the conditions of India, the classification and publication of the Census results is an enormously heavy task. There is no question of any avoidable delay, and it is expected that the time required for the issue of the results of the 1931 Census will probably be somewhat less than in the case of the Census of 1921.
