§ Mr. MANDERasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office, with reference to the male adult staff of Woolwich Arsenal, what percentage of the normal industrial staff is the total tending to reduction, including replacements, arising from the following causes per annum, giving figures for two years separately: resignations, formal or otherwise; discharges, showing bulk discharges separately; ill health; deaths, including deaths through accidents; old age; promotion or transfer to non-industrial posts; and any other cause or causes commonly operating to reduce staff?
