§ Mr. T. GRIFFITHSasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office what will be the cost of the mechanisation of the Territorial Army brigades of Royal Artillery; and why it is proposed to complete the mechanisation in the year 1932 instead of the year 1933, as originally planned?
§ Mr. COOPERThe mechanisation of the Territorial Army field and medium brigades will result in a considerable saving. The earlier completion of the scheme is made possible by the fact that a number of mechanical vehicles has become available through a reorganisation of the cavalry of the Regular Army.
