§ Lieut.-Colonel MOOREasked the First Commissioner of Works what is the present position with regard to the memorial statue to the late Field Marshal Earl Haig and at what date it is expected that the statue in question will be erected in public?
§ Mr. ORMSBY-GORE:The sculptor is now at work on the full-size clay figure; under the terms of the contract, the memorial, as I informed my hon. and 1247W gallant Friend on 10th March last, should be ready for erection in the summer of 1934.
