Mr. CHAMBERLAIN:Fourteen reports have been received from the Import Duties Advisory Committee, and published. The first, presented in April last, was of a comprehensive nature, and for reasons given in it was prepared without resort to the procedure of advertisement subsequently adopted by the committee.
