GRAHAMSo far as I am aware, there has been no relaxation of the regulations, under which importers of timber into the United States of America from certain districts in Soviet Russia are required to produce evidence that convict labour has not been used in connection with each particular cargo. I have, however, seen reports in the Press that a cargo of such timber was recently admitted on the production of the required evidence.
