HC Deb 14 May 1931 vol 252 cc1378-9W
Brigadier-General CLIFTON BROWN

asked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any agreement has been reached, or is likely to be reached, in the negotiations going on between the British and Dutch Governments as to the restriction of the output of rubber; and, if so, whether the terms of any agreement will be made public as soon as possible?

Dr. SHIELS

No such negotiations are being carried on. The second part of the question, therefore, does not arise.
