§ Mr. SHAWI would refer the right hon. Member to the statement made by my hon. Friend the Financial Secretary in the Debate on Army Estimates, that as far as can be foreseen there will be sufficient work to maintain factories at Woolwich and Enfield at the present strength during the whole of the year without any change of system.
