§ Dr. ADDISONThe Anglo-Dutch group has not accepted the conditions of the Government proposals embodied in the Prime Minister's statement in the House on 12th February, but has offered contracts on terms which have been intimated by it to beet growers. I have no information, as yet, as to the response by growers to this offer.
