§ Dr. ADDISONMy attention has not been drawn to this case, but it is open54W to any individual or any association to take proceedings in such a case under the Merchandise Marks Act, 1887. An application may be made, by any body substantially representative of the interests concerned, for an Order in Council, under the Merchandise Marks Act, 1926, requiring the marking of any class of imported produce. I, myself, have no power to take the initiative.
