§ Mr. LEES-SMITHI assume that the hon. Member is referring to the unofficial Commission on Educational and Cultural Films, which was set up as a result of a conference of various societies and institutions held in November, 1929. I am sending the hon. Member a statement supplied me by the Commission, showing its present membership (including officers of Government Departments) and its terms of reference.
