§ Mr. W. R. SMITHThe Convention is at present in force as between Denmark, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the United States of America and the United Kingdom. Any of these countries is entitled to withdraw on 30th June, 1931, or on the corresponding date in 1932, 1933, or 1934.
