Mr. ALEXANDERHis Majesty's Ship "Erebus" is not only a training ship for naval cadets but is also a turret drill ship at Devonport and the flagship of the Commander-in-Chief. The following figures of cost, etc., include all those duties and also His Majesty's Ship "Carstairs," which is detailed for duty with "Erebus":
