§ Mr. REMERasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the dislocation of trade caused by the uncertainty created as to what the new regulations are to be for motor omnibuses and other passenger vehicles, he will take steps to expedite the issue of these regulations?
Mr. MORRISONI only received a few days ago the observations of the representative organisations concerned on the final draft of the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness) Regulations, which I propose to make under Section 68 of the Road Traffic Act, 1930. I hope to be in a position to make the Regulations at an early date.
