HC Deb 17 April 1931 vol 251 c496W
Mr. WARDLAW-MILNE

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he will cause the case of Mr. John Clews, of 362, Lickey Road, Rednal, Birmingham, to be inquired into by the men's awards branch, in view of the fact that the applicant is unable to insure himself by reason of his illnesses, which medical evidence attributes to War service?

Mr. F. O. ROBERTS

This case has been investigated, but after careful consideration of all the facts of the case, coupled with a medical examination of the man, it cannot be certified that the chest condition from which he is at present suffering is the result of his War service.
