§ Mr. W. GRAHAMThe Government's assistance to the Cunard Company is confined to providing at reasonable premiums insurance for construction and running risks beyond what the market can absorb. As I stated in the debate on the Money Resolution, the best estimate that. I can give at the moment is that one of the vessels will cost between £4,000,000 and £4,500,000. This estimate is exclusive of the cost of any alteration to docks.
