§ Dr. SHIELSMy Noble Friend is advised that the Datoh Perba has never claimed the larger Jelai area. The hon. and gallant Member is no doubt referring to a written statement in which the Datoh has recorded that the area of the concession granted to his father in 1887 was the Jelai Kechil only. My Noble Friend has no information as to the circumstances in which this statement was made.
