HC Deb 15 May 1930 vol 238 cc2069-70W
Mr. HORE-BELISHA

asked the Minister of Health whether, seeing that in his view the stone-shifting and stone-breaking work on which men are engaged at the dumps at Prince Rock is neither useful nor appropriate, he proposes to take immediate steps to abolish this form of test work at Prince Rock?

Mr. GREENWOOD

My previous answer was limited to the scheme as administered by the guardians at the time of the inquiry. I understand that the town council are considering the arrangements to be made under the Relief Regulation Order, 1930.
