§ Mr. LEES-SMITHLetters posted at the Stowmarket head post office on Friday night, or up to 4 a.m. on Saturday, should connect with the first delivery on Saturday at Stowupland. A second delivery is already provided at Stowupland, except in the Mill Street area where the amount of correspondence available is not sufficient to justify it.
