Sir A. BENNETTasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he can now make any statement as to whether any agreement has been reached with the Chinese Government for the use of the accrued balance of the Boxer indemnity; whether there have been any negotiations; and, if so, of what nature, to that end?
