§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI am informed that the committee appointed under the Development (Loan Guarantees and Grants) Act, 1929, consider it undesirable that particulars should be published of applications which have been, or may be, unsuccessful. In certain cases such publication might be detrimental to the applicants.
