§ Mr. SHAWOf some 850 industrial employés at the Royal Small Arms Factory, the number (including juveniles) affected by the suspension of piecework during the first week of such suspension, i.e., the week ended 12th April, 1930, was 504. The average wage (including overtime) of these 504 employés for that week was £3 0s. 6d., and the corresponding figure for the week ended 29th March, 1930, was £4.
