§ Mr. DAYasked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Government of Iraq are now being paid any royalties by the Turkish Petroleum Company for the rights to develop the Mosul oil fields; whether commercial development 976W of these oil fields has been commenced; and can he give particulars?
