§ Mr. LEES-SMITHThe number of mail bags lost or tampered with in course of transit during the three months ended 28th February was 23. With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the statement which I made on this subject in the course of the Debate on the Supplementary Estimate for the Post Office on 6th March.
