§ Mr. LEES-SMITHThe standing practice of the Post Office is to limit official re-direction to cases in which the addressee is unable to make other arrangements for the redirection of his correspondence. I do not see my way to modify this general practice; but if the hon. Member will give me particulars of any cases he has in mind, I will have inquiry made
