Mr. A. HENDERSON, Junr.,asked the Postmaster-General whether he has received any protests from business firms with regard to the procedure followed by the Post Office in securing payment of telephone accounts; and, if so, whether he proposes to take any action in the matter?
§ Mr. LEES-SMITHRepresentations are made from time to time in this matter, but the number of complaints is very small in relation to the number of telephone accounts. I have the matter under consideration.
