§ Mr. LEES-SMITH152 officers of the Post Office transferred to the Communications Company, 103 on 29th September, and 49 on 2nd December last. A message from myself expressing warm appreciation of the work of the Central Telegraph Office staff in the conduct of the Imperial Cable and Wireless Services was promulgated to the staff as a General Order on 27th September last.
