HC Deb 23 January 1930 vol 234 cc363-4W
Sir K. WOOD

asked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been called to the dangers of Camomile Bottom, near Shooter's Hill, and of the number of fatal accidents and serious collisions that have taken place there; and whether he will take action, in conjunction with the local authority and the Metropolitan Police, to mitigate the dangers to life and limb both of pedestrians and occupants of motor cars and other vehicles?

Mr. HERBERT MORRISON

My attention has been called to this matter, and I have been in consultation with the London County Council and the Greenwich Borough Council as to the steps to be taken to reduce the dangers at this point.
