§ Mr. BUCHANANasked the First Commissioner of Works if he is aware that the present building used in Glasgow by the Scottish Board of Health for receiving applicants for all classes of pension and health insurance matters is difficult of access, particularly to aged persons and also widows with young children; that the room provided is inadequate; and if he will take steps to remedy this state of affairs?
