asked the Secretary for Mines the amount paid by the mining industry for royalty rents and for local rates for the years 1927, 1928, and 1929, respectively, for the following districts: Northumberland, Durham, Cumberland,

and what was the average retail price of coal sold in London, Bristol, Plymouth, Southampton, Brighton, Dover, Canterbury, Lincoln, Oxford, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Cambridge, Derby, York, Darlington, Durham, Tyne-mouth, and Edinburgh for the same period, namely, quarters ending September, 1928, December, 1928, and September, 1929, and the months of October, November, and December, 1929?
