Mr. LAWTHER

asked the Secretary for Mines the pit-head selling price of coal, upon which the wages of men are employed are based, for the quarters ending September, 1928, December, 1928, and September, 1929, and the month of October, 1929, respectively, for the following districts: Northumberland, Durham, Cumberland, Lancashire and Cheshire, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, South Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Shropshire, North Staffordshire, South Staffordshire, Cannock Chase, Warwickshire, Forest of Dean, Bristol, Somerset, Kent, North Wales, South Wales, and Scotland, respectively;

PITHEAD PROCEEDS per ton of COAL disposable commercially in each Coal Mining District during the Quarters ended 30th September, 1928, 31st December, 1928, and 30th September, 1929, respectively, and the month of October, 1929.
