the Attorney-General whether it is the intention of the Government to introduce legislation in this House or in another place to give effect to the recommendations of the De- partmental Committee on the Law of Arbitration, which was presented to Parliament in March, 1927; and whether he can make any statement on the subject?

I regret that it is not practicable in the present state of Parliamentary business to make any statement as to further progress in the matter.
