Mr. W. ADAMSONAs regards the first two parts of the question, I would refer to the reply which I have given this afternoon to the hon. and gallant Member for Banffshire (Major Wood). The local committees appointed to assist the central committee in the administration of the Relief Fund will not be concerned with the loans scheme. The Belief Fund and the Loans Scheme will be administered separately but will be co-ordinated; and grants from the Fund will be taken into account in determining the amount of loan in individual cases.
