§ Mr. MANDERasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will arrange for the publication of such parts of the reports from His Majesty's Consul-General at Loanda since February, 1929, as will deal with forced labour conditions in that Portuguese colony?
Mr. A. HENDERSONAs I informed the hon. Member in reply to his question on 26th November, the reports in question are not suitable for publication. The publication of extracts would also be open to certain objections at the present time.
