§ Lord ERSKINE,asked the Postmaster-General whether his attention has been called to the dismissal of two postmen, Messrs. Hunt and Edwards, who were employed at the Post Office, Portishead, Somerset; and whether he will be prepared to mitigate the penalty of dismissal that they have suffered in view of the fact that both these men have a record of very long service?
