§ Mr. GILLETTAccording to the information in my Department, the marketing and supply of wheat are controlled by national authorities both in Norway and in Switzerland. In Soviet Russia the distribution, sate and export of wheat, in common with that of all other products, is under the control of the Soviet Government.
