§ Mr. GREENWOODI am unable to state the number of applications made by rural district councils under Section 81 (3) of the Act of 1925 for a declaration that expenses incurred in the provision of houses are to be levied as special expenses charged on specified contributory places. There has been one case in which such a declaration has been made.
