Mr. ALLEN

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the fact that the Social Democratic Republic of Georgia received de jure recognition by the Soviet Government on 12th June, 1920, and de jure recognition by the allied and associated Powers in January, 1921, he will say whether the Georgian Social Democratic Republic is recognised by this country as a sovereign independent states.
