HC Deb 13 November 1929 vol 231 c2059W
Sir K. WOOD

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he can make any statement in relation to the headquarters of the International Bank?

Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCE

I cannot usefully make any statement at the present time. As the right hon. Gentleman is no doubt aware, the organisation committee will in due course submit its Report on the constitution of the bank to the adjourned Hague Conference.
